The grapes are grown on soils of limestone, clay and sand facing south-east to 500 meters above sea level.
In the vineyards do not use synthetic pesticides nor fertilizers.
The grapes are vinified thus obtained with the traditional method with no additives, artificial yeasts, fining or filtration.
The wines rest for years in old oak barrels are the most complete expression of our territory.
